Abstract Guidance:
We invite abstract submissions for talk and poster presentations. Abstracts may report original research, work in progress (including registered reports), or planned work.
Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. If you need to include tables or figures, you may upload them as attachments.
For this year's conference, we particularly encourage work addressing abstraction and conceptual grounding, comparisons between embodied cognition and large language models, neural and cognitive mechanisms supporting abstract representation, and multimodal approaches to reasoning and communication.
Submissions that are broadly aligned with the ESLP remit of embodied and situated language processing across relevant disciplines of course are also very welcome.
Talks will consist of a 20-minute presentation followed by a 10-minute discussion. Posters will be presented during dedicated poster sessions.
Abstract submissions are open from 26th January to 3rd May 2026.
